Julia Slyusar has joined LECAP Group as a Group Development Director

Before joining the LECAP Group, Julia held senior positions at international financial institutions IBEC and IIB, SMP Bank, Vnesheconombank, where she was responsible for a number of issues, including capital market raising, relations with rating agencies and complex cooperation with financial institutions. Julia has over 20 years of experience in debt markets, including local issues on the Russian market, Romania, Slovakia and Bulgaria, Eurobond placements, syndicated and bilateral loans, securitisations, long-term swaps and repos.

Julia graduated from St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance with a degree in securities.

In her new position, Julia will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, offering all services of the Group, as well as structuring capital markets transactions.
