Roman advises clients on public share offerings and placements of shares to strategic investors. His clients include Cherkizovo Group, Comstar-UTS, HALS-Development, Kuzbassenergo, Mechel, Mostotrest, OGK-2, OGK-3, OGK-5, PhosAgro, Polymetal, Razgulay Group, The Seventh Continent, SITRONICS, SOLLERS, TGK-10, TGK-6, TMK, Yenisei TGK (TGK-13).

Roman headed the project team providing legal support in connection with the reorganisation of RAO UES of Russia.

Roman advises major Russian and international companies, such as Allianz, ALROSA, Sistema, Vnukovo Airport, VympelCom, Ilim Group, EVRAZ, MOEK, Novosibirskenergo, Russian Railways, SUEK, PhosAgro on corporate law, securities regulations, M&A deals, antitrust regulation and on legal issues related to day-to-day operations.
