Mikhail Malinovsky was invited as a member of the competition jury. The jury also included Maxim Kuleshov, Managing Partner of Kucher, Kuleshov, Maximenko & Partners, Nikolay Kurmashev, Partner at Orion Partner, Ekaterina Pervova, Head of Legal Support for Financial Market Operations at Gazprombank (JSC), and others.
Mikhail has considerable experience of working with students. From 2018 to 2021, he led the author's course "Corporate Finance for Lawyers" within the framework of the Master's Program "Corporate Lawyer" of the National Research University Higher School of Economics; since August 3, 2022, he has been a member of the Academic Council of the program.
