LECAP has acted as a legal counsel on structuring the VTB Bank transaction under a bond program. In addition, we have prepared a legal opinion and all documents necessary for the transaction.
Special Financial Organization VTB RKS Etalon has completed the placement of series 01 bonds with monetary claims as collateral for the amount of 10 billion rubles at their nominal value. In the period from 21 November to 15 December 2022, the issuer sold, by public subscription, 10 million bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each.
The scheduled maturity date of the bonds is 2 April 2030.
