LECAP awarded as Best DCM Law Firm by Cbonds Awards 2022

For the eleventh year in a row, bond market participants have voted for LECAP as Best DCM Law Firm in the framework of Cbonds Awards voting. Our sister company, Legal Capital Investor Services (LCPIS) bondholder representative, was awarded as Best Bondholder Representative / Trustee.

On December 9, 2022, the traditional Cbonds Awards ceremony took place as part of the XX Russian Bond Congress in St. Petersburg.

LECAP became the winner in the Best DCM Law Firm category, this year being the only law firm in the nomination.

Our sister company, LCPIS, won the Best Bondolder Representative / Trustee nomination. The awards represents a huge amount of work LCPIS undertakes in the new Eurobonds market realities in terms of sanctions restrictions acting as trustee, proxy, information and tabulation agent.

The awards were presented in 25 categories — the full list of winners can be viewed on the Cbonds website. The winners in the Cbonds Awards nominations
are determined by the participants of the Russian debt market by open voting. We are incredibly grateful to our clients and colleagues for choosing us as Best DCM Law Firm in Russia every year since our foundation!
