LECAP awarded as Best Legal Team in DCM

For the tenth year in a row, bond market participants have voted for LECAP as best DCM law firm in the framework of Cbonds Awards voting. This year two of our deals and a sister bondholders' representative also received awards.

On December 3, 2021, the traditional Cbonds Awards ceremony took place as part of the XIV Russian Bond Congress in St. Petersburg.

LECAP became the winner in the Best Legal Team in DCM category, taking first place in the nomination. In addition, two transactions on which we acted as legal advisor also won awards:

“The most “retail” transaction of initial placement” — securitization of consumer loans of VTB SFO VTB RKS-1, 01;
“Best placement in the IT Segment” – debut placement of Mail.Ru Finance series 001Р-01.

This year, Cbonds Awards introduces the Best Bondolders’ Representative nomination was introduced, and we are glad that our friends, LCPIS, won the nomination.

The awards were presented in 28 categories — the full list of winners can be viewed on the Cbonds website. The winners in the Cbonds Awards nominations are determined by the participants of the Russian debt market by open voting. We are incredibly grateful to our clients and colleagues for choosing us as Best DCM Law Firm in Russia every year since our foundation!
