During the formation of our organization, we implemented the most notable and complex transactions involving a BHR, including the first restructurings and issues with covenant monitoring and collateral security. For the first time in the market's history, we signed on behalf of bondholders a collateral account agreement, settlement agreement, novation agreement, direct concession agreement and intercreditor agreement.

We successfully replaced foreign infrastructure and became the first and largest Russian eurobond trustee for corporate borrowers. As part of the process of amending eurobond documentation, we perform the functions of proxy, information agent and tabulation agent.

We act as calculation agent for dozens of bond and derivative issues.
