Repack: Background and New Reality of Securitization

April 17, 2023 Cbonds Group and RUSIPOTEKA LLC released another collection of articles and analytical materials "Russian Securitization Encyclopedia – 2023". This is the twelfth issue of the materials on securitization in Russia and abroad. The Encyclopedia was first published in 2008; the next ten issues of the collection were released from 2013 to 2022. Anna Gorelova, LECAP Senior Associate, and Karina Utesheva, LECAP Associate, became the experts for this issue and wrote the article titled "Repack: Background and New Reality of Securitization". The article describes the repack transactions and the way the repack transactions went before reaching popularity.
