On March 2, 2022, the information and analytical agency PREQVECA and Cbonds-Congress held the "IPO-2022 Conference". The Russia IPO Awards ceremony was held within the framework of the conference, recognising the leading participants of the Russian IPO market.
LECAP took third place in the Best Law Firm in the IPO Market category, becoming the only Russian law firm among the winners.
We are also proud that two transactions on which we acted as legal advisor also received awards in their categories: the IPO of Softline Holding PLC was recognized as Placement of the Year in the Foreign Market, and the IPO of Segezha Group was awarded Placement of the Year in the Local Market. The Softline deal was structured as parallel listing of GDRs, while the Segezha deal was structured as an offer of new shares.
