Segezha Group IPO shortlisted for the CEE Legal Matters 2021 Deal of the Year

Segezha Group IPO was shortlisted for the prestigious award CEE Legal Matters 2021 Deal of the Year for Russia. CEE Legal Matters is an annual celebration of those lawyers and law firms that have advised on the most prominent IPO and M&A deals in Central and Eastern Europe.

The RUB30 billion IPO of the leading Russian vertically integrated timber holding took place on the Moscow Exchange in April 2021. LECAP acted as Russian law legal advisor to the Issuer, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP acted as international legal advisor to the Issuer, and Linklaters acted as legal advisor to the underwriters.

The full shortlists for each country can be found on the CEELM Deals of the Year event website. Winners will be announced at the annual CEELM Deals of the Year Banquet in London, scheduled for April 5, 2022
