In 2024 LECAP provided legal support for the registration of bonds by Russian Environmental Operator PLC in the amount of more than 17.9 billion rubles.
Funds raised from the largest bond issue will be used to provide a secured loan to finance the construction of the Ostrovsky waste recycling complex located in the Vyborg district of the Leningrad Region. The production is designed to process 600 thousand tons of garbage annually.
The bondholders were represented by LCPIS.
